Easy No-Bake Energy Bites (Kid-Friendly Back-to-School Snack)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
