Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
